Sally has been our best show horse over the past decade. She was always in the top part of her class at the big shows and capped her major show career in 1997 with a 4th at the National and 1st, Senior Champion, Best American Bred at the Ohio State Fair. Sally now shows at county fairs and leads our unicorn, four, and six with tremendous style, as well as being a great cart horse. She has had three foals including Shining Meadows Beau Zach, an 18HH stallion, who is Senior Herd Sire for Little Giants, LLC who we leased for the 2007 breeding season and have retained both as future broodmares for our breeding program.

Moriah has also been a mainstay in our show string since she was born in 1994. She runs the left lead of our four and six. A nice quality mare that gets over shadowed by her stable mates but produces the quality we want. Moriah has been a good producer for us and we are keeping two of her daughters, Annabelle and Allison, to join our brood mare band.

Alice is one of our up and coming broodmares. She has not been shown much but has tremendous feet and legs. We are retaining her first filly, Susan, to join our broodmare band.
Shining Meadows Hannah born April 2002

Hannah is big good moving mare. She has become one of our better show mares. Her first foal is pictured on our 2006 foals page. Hannah has produced two stud colts, Nathan and Nelson and one filly, Natalie, born Jan 23, 2009.

Kefira comes to us from the Moleski's of Michigan. She fits well into our breeding program. She was First Honorable Mention Three Year Old Mare, Reserve All-American two year old and All-American Yearling the year before.

Carley is a nice bay mare. She is small but has the quality and action we want and breed for. She is a nice big bay mare. She is one of two Jon daughters that we retained for our breeding program. She has produced two stud colts, Eddie and the latest born April 26, 2009.

Meghan comes to us from New Brunswick, Canada. She is a nice big bay mare. She is strictly a broodmare and fits well with the herd at home.

Annabelle is an up and coming youngster with alot of potential in the hitch and halter ring. She is fourth generation Shining Meadows Bred on her dam's side and we are expecting big things from her in the years to come.
Allison is the result of 30 years of breeding. She is our first foal to be born of Shining Meadows breeding on the sire's side as well as the dam's side. She is fourth generation Shining Meadows bred on both sides of her pedigree. Allison and her 7/8 sister below are keepers and we are hoping to do big things with these two fillies in halter, hitch and the broodmare shed.

Her and her 7/8 sister above are keepers and we are hoping to do big things with these two fillies in halter, hitch and the broodmare shed. .

Kimberly has recently been reacquired for our breeding program. We are looking forward to breeding her our herd sire, Lennox. We are also looking to pair her up with her 7/8 sister, Hannah, for our mare hitch.

Pepper is quality black filly. She was bred here at Shining Meadows and sold in-utero. We have since reaquired her and are looking forward to crossing her with Lennox to hopefully produce some black offspring.
